6. Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where we have to:
- with the notaire and other professionals involved in your transaction;
- with our hosting, e-mail and analytics providers, acting on our instructions as processors;
- with the owner or the prospective buyer of a property, where that is the point of your enquiry;
- with public authorities, where the law requires it.
Where a processor is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where the law allows;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr).
